HYSKY Society announced that Todd Solomon, former Head of Government Affairs for ZeroAvia and Principal & Managing Director of Capitol Suasion, will serve as an instructor in the upcoming H2 Aviation Policy & Power cohort launching April 14, 2026.
From ZeroAvia to Capitol Suasion
Solomon recently played a key role in advancing hydrogen aviation at the federal level, helping secure its inclusion in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, where hydrogen is referenced 52 times.
With extensive experience working directly with Congress, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and other federal agencies, Solomon brings a rare insider perspective on how emerging aviation technologies move from concept to national priority.
“The technology is ready, but without policy alignment, it doesn’t scale,” said Solomon. “Understanding how federal funding, regulation, and agency priorities work is critical for anyone serious about advancing hydrogen aviation.”
The H2 Aviation Policy & Power Cohort
The H2 Aviation Policy & Power cohort is the first comprehensive course focused on federal policy strategy for hydrogen aviation. Developed by HYSKY Society, the program equips industry leaders, engineers, and innovators with the tools to engage effectively in the U.S. policy landscape.
Participants will learn:
What federal agencies are actually looking for
Where hydrogen aviation fits—and where it does not yet
How to align technical work with federal priorities
How policy decisions are shaped behind the scenes
The course culminates in a capstone Virtual Fly-In, where participants conduct real meetings with Congressional offices.
The cohort begins April 14, 2026, and runs for three weeks. Enrollment is now open.
