Hydrogen aviation takes center stage at North America’s leading advanced air mobility event
Springfield, Ohio — April 2026 — HYSKY Society, a nonprofit dedicated to decarbonizing aviation through hydrogen, today announced a partnership with eVTOL Insights to bring a dedicated Hydrogen Aviation Panel to the North America Conference & Awards 2026 (NAAMCE).
The National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence (NAAMCE)
Taking place April 29 – May 1, 2026 at the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence (NAAMCE) near Springfield, Ohio, the event is one of the leading global gatherings for advanced air mobility (AAM) professionals.
The HYSKY-led panel will feature leading voices in hydrogen aviation from Ohio’s growing ecosystem, including Chris McWhinney, Founder & CEO of Millennium Reign Energy; Dr. Vadim F. Lvovich, Hydrogen Aircraft Technology Lead at NASA Glenn Research Center; and Jared Semik, CEO of Eternium Aerospace.
The session will explore how hydrogen is emerging as a critical pathway for zero-emission flight and how it integrates into the broader AAM landscape.
“HYSKY exists to ensure hydrogen is part of the future of flight,” said Danielle McLean, CEO & Founder of HYSKY Society. “Advanced air mobility is moving fast—but without hydrogen, we’re leaving one of the most scalable zero-emission solutions on the table. This partnership brings hydrogen directly into the AAM conversation, where it belongs.”
“We’re excited to collaborate with HYSKY to expand the conversation around sustainable aviation,” said Jason Pritchard, Executive Editor of eVTOL Insights. “Hydrogen is an important piece of the long-term decarbonization puzzle, and bringing these perspectives to NAAMCE will add meaningful depth to the event.”
Extending Impact Beyond the Conference
In parallel with the NAAMCE partnership, HYSKY is launching the H2 Aviation Policy & Power Cohort, a three-week program beginning April 14 designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to actively shape hydrogen aviation policy in the United States.
Unlike traditional courses, the cohort combines instruction with real-world application, culminating in a congressional fly-in where participants engage directly with policymakers.
The program addresses a critical gap in the industry: while most stakeholders focus on technology development, far fewer understand how policy is shaped—or how to influence it.
Participants will learn:
The difference between advocacy and lobbying
What is permitted through a nonprofit organization
How to engage with Congress and staffers
How federal funding and budget cycles operate
Which agencies control funding versus regulatory authority
How to apply these concepts in a real advocacy setting
No prior policy or lobbying experience is required.
Program Details
Full 3-week cohort: $500
Discounted rate: $375 with code EVTOLINSIGHTS25
Schedule
All sessions run 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM CT, from April 14 through April 30, concluding with a live virtual fly-in and congressional engagement.
