
Dallas, TX, USA - HYSKY Society, the leading non-profit advancing hydrogen aviation, is excited to announce the successful seed financing round of €3.5M ($3.8M) for NEX Aero, a Berlin-based aerospace start-up. Heatchy Investments GmbH & Co. KG, Arno Schödl's investment vehicle, has come on board as an investor.
NEX Aero aims to revolutionize regional air mobility by developing the first hydrogen-powered long-distance eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing aircraft). With a range of over 500 km, their unique design enables both vertical and conventional take-off and landing, while being one of the quietest aircrafts during hover flight.
HYSKY Society is excited to have NEX Aero's CTO and co-founder, Johannes Garbino-Anton, as the next speaker for HYSKY Monthly, a free educational webinar held on the third Monday of each month.
