How to Submit a Request

To ensure the security of your information, we must verify your identity before processing your request. Please email us directly from the email address associated with your account:

• Subject Line: Data Privacy Request / Account Deletion

• In the body of your email, please specify your request:

  • Delete my account and all associated personal data.

  • Provide a copy of the personal data collected about me.

  • Correct inaccurate personal data on file.
