HYSKY Society Unveils FLYING HY 2024 Prospectus, Announcing the World's Largest Hydrogen Aviation Event

HOUSTON, TX – June 27, 2024 – HYSKY Society is thrilled to announce the publication of the FLYING HY 2024 Prospectus, highlighting the upcoming FLYING HY 2024 Conference and Exhibition. Scheduled for September 3-5, 2024, at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, this premier event will bring together over 3,750 industry professionals, 40+ expert speakers, and 100+ exhibitors from around the globe.

The FLYING HY 2024 Conference, co-located with the world’s largest hydrogen aviation event, will feature cutting-edge sessions on advanced air mobility, zero-emission aviation, hydrogen at airports, and the latest developments in hydrogen hubs and electrolyzer technology. The event aims to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen as a sustainable aviation fuel, positioning it as the leading zero-emission solution for the aviation industry.

Main Features of FLYING HY 2024 - Hydrogen Aviation:

  • Hydrogen Aviation Course (Sept 3, 2024): A full-day intensive course covering hydrogen’s role in aviation, designed for both beginners and experts.

  • Conference Sessions (Sept 4-5, 2024): Interactive sessions led by high-level speakers, including policymakers, industry experts, and innovators, discussing key priorities and strategies to advance hydrogen aviation.

  • Exhibition (Sept 4-5, 2024): A showcase of the latest hydrogen solutions, offering a platform for stakeholders to engage, collaborate, and secure new business deals.

According to Danielle McLean, the CEO and Founder of HYSKY Society, the shift from jet fuels to a more sustainable option is underway, with hydrogen emerging as the top zero-emission solution, generating only water vapor. The advancements in hydrogen aviation this year have been notable, supported by the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 and substantial investments from the IRA and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. These investments are improving hydrogen refueling infrastructure and fostering the growth of air taxis and eVTOL technologies. This advancement is driving us towards cleaner skies, sustainable travel, and job creation, positioning the United States as a leader in the era of clean aviation.

FLYING HY 2024 will align with important legislative progress, including the 45V clean hydrogen production tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act and the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024. These measures aim to facilitate the certification of hydrogen-powered aircraft and enhance hydrogen infrastructure with the assistance of federal advisory committees and airport improvement programs.

About HYSKY Society: HYSKY Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to decarbonizing aviation with hydrogen. Through research, education, and advocacy, HYSKY Society aims to advance hydrogen aviation for a sustainable future.
