Mr. Kass is known for creating and/or reorganizing government affairs, policy and regulatory functions for large corporations as well as start-ups.  Since 2018, Mr. Kass has kick-started government affairs/legal platforms for numerous companies including CLEAR, Pangiam, Lilium and Landline  as well as contributing significant commercial leadership to each of them. Prior to that, Mr. Kass was a corporate officer in the regulatory/government affairs/legal function at both US Airways and American Airlines.
